CatBlock is built on Chrome’s modern Manifest V3 engine, so blocking is fast and efficient and your browsing data never leaves your device. We don’t sell an “acceptable ads” program, and we don’t take money to let some ads through. Every ad is treated the same way: blocked.
How we stay in business
CatBlock is free for 7 days, then $2.99/month. That subscription is the whole business model — no data sales, no sponsored allowlists, no hidden revenue. When the trial ends, blocking simply pauses and detected ad slots show our own “upgrade to keep blocking” notice. We never secretly re-inject ads or proxy your traffic.
